
Female fronted alternative-pop quintet New Dialogue ( who sound a bit like (Paramore meets Of Monsters & Men) have a Pittsburgh show on May 14th at Mr. Smalls Theatre. The band is on tour with Marianas Trench and is touring in support of their debut EP, Teach Me How To Feel, which came out on May 3rd via RED MUSIC. Watch the music videos for their tracks “Pilgrims”, “Neon Ocean” and “Fake Smile” off of the release. Their music has been featured on MTV’s Siesta Key and on tastemaker sites like Earmilk, Alt Press, Substream, idobi, and more. The founders New Dialogue Ela and Taylor have also penned massive hits as ghostwriters like Kiiara’s hit “L*** Is A Bad Word”. They have also played sold-out shows with artists like lovelytheband and Smallpools.
Born in England and raised in Istanbul, Ela Kitapci (vocals) moved to Los Angeles where she befriended LA native Taylor. Serendipity, summer jobs, shared studies, and internet postings then united the other members of what would become five-piece New Dialogue. The band spent a year writing and recording with producer Charlie Park (lovelytheband) before making their live debut performing SOLD OUT shows with lovelytheband in June 2018. The band has continued to tour non-stop with artists such as lovelytheband, Mariana’s Trench, Smallpools, and more in support of their forthcoming debut EP out on May 3rd via RED MUSIC.
