Cane Hill will hit the road this fall on their first-ever headline North American tour. They will also release the live album, Cane Hill: Live From The Bible Belt, which is exclusively available at the shows.
Hailing from NOLA, the four-piece split the difference between the thudding nu-metal of Korn and the squealing power grooves of Pantera — self-described as “swamp grunge.” Their sophomore album Too Far Gone debuted at #1 on the Billboard Heatseekers Chart and was recently selected by Loudwire as one of the best albums of 2018 so far, with the publication stating that we are “witnessing a piece of metal’s future morphing in front of our eyes.” AXS.com recently spent the day with the band in its hometown, as well. In April, Cane Hill performed at NXT Take Over: New Orleans as part of WWE’s WrestleMania Weekend.
“This is the first time we’ve gotten to tour on our own terms,” said singer Elijah Witt. “We’re excited to be in sweaty, as-intimate-as-can-be venues, playing songs from every release we have. It’s going to be the most exciting string of shows we’ve ever had.”
Check out their off-kilter, rhythmic anthem “Lord of Flies” and the title track, “Too Far Gone,” written about the band’s short and dangerously intense romance with LSD.
Cane Hill will perform at Mr. Smalls in Millvale, PA on 10/10.
