Singer-songwriter Nicole Atkins, will be performing in Pittsburgh on August 17 at Club Cafe in support of her new album Goodnight Rhonda Lee, that received across the board praise from places like NPR, Rolling Stone, Washington Post, Chicago Tribune and more.
The record was produced by Niles City Sound (Leon Bridges). Song co-writes with Chris Isaak and Jim Sclavunos (Nick Cave) appear on the record. Goodnight Rhonda Lee is a vintage soul album inspired legendary artists like Dusty Springfield, Candi Staton, Roy Orbison and Janis Joplin. The album feels like an instant classic brimming with timeless songs that were written during a time of deep self-examination for the New Jersey native, now Nashville resident.
