Who: Have Mercy Acoustic with Chase Huglin, Northern Gold, Colourshow
When: Thursday, July 20th — Doors at 6:00pm, Show at 7:00pm
Where: The Funhouse @ Mr. Smalls — 400 Lincoln Ave, Millvale, PA
Swindle is no stranger to performing with just his acoustic guitar. He released acoustic videos for singles off the last record including Coexist and Good Christian Man. Additionally, Have Mercy performed acoustic sessions at record stores Looney Tunes, Sound Garden and Vintage Vinyl earlier this Spring.

Brian is coming off of an incredibly successful full band tour where they played jams from their recently released third studio album, Make The Best Of It. The 11 track record hits all the marks that Have Mercy fans have been known to love; and the album is already being praised by the press. Musically, lyrically and stylistically, Make The Best Of It rings loud and true throughout, being the bands catchiest and tightest endeavor to date.

“Tender but powerful, it conveys both deep loneliness and warm comfort. It’s a ballad that tugs at heartstrings with desperate conviction, but also burns with a hopeful urgency.” – CLRVYNT

“Further listening exposes the maturation and darker shades of their melodic, emo-leaning alt-rock….Sure this sound has been kicking around in various forms since the early 2000s Drive-Thru and Vagrant Records eras, but rarely has it been done so well.” – Alternative Press

“While we aren’t necessarily ones to jump the gun and declare a record Album Of The Year worthy when it’s only February, we have a very strong feeling Have Mercy’s forthcoming LP Make The Best Of It will be in the running come December.”
