Praise for Future Nostalgia:

“The album is fully in the thrall of that 70s groove. Gnarly double guitar noodling (“Downtown”) and soft focus drive-time goodness (“Jim Gordon”). “Take a Trip” will make you want to spark up and dance around and make out.” – Noisey

“The Sheepdogs have a bold take on classic guitar rock” – Yahoo! Music

“The Sheepdogs twist classic psychedelic rock with hints of folk and turn it into music that is pure ear candy” –Baeble Music

“[Future Nostalgia is] steeped in the classic and psychedelic rock of the 70′s but also feels like a blast of fresh sounds in a musical landscape in desperate need of (good) bands capable of writing punchy rock and roll tunes.” – Glide

“[‘Take A Trip’] has all of the hallmarks associated with monster ’70s rock that ruled the music world” – Pure Volume
