Preservation Hall Jazz Band Announces 1st Annual Preservation Hall Foundation End of Year Benefit

Preservation Hall is proud to announce its 1st Annual Preservation Hall Foundation End of Year Benefit to take place on New Year’s Eve, December 31st, 2013 at its storied venue in the French Quarter.  Come celebrate the end of 2013 with an intimate and exclusive performance by the Preservation Hall Jazz Band.

The limited tickets for the event are $100 and will include an open bar, a “homebase” for your trottings around the French Quarter, a special gift bag of Preservation Hall merchandise and memorabilia, a midnight champagne toast in their fabled courtyard, and a secondline parade into the night’s proceedings, all led by Ben Jaffe and the Preservation Hall Jazz Band. Proceeds from the event will directly benefit the Preservation Hall Foundation (PHF).  In 2014, PHF will expand their local educational initiatives with students, extend their 50th Anniversary Exhibit at the Old U.S. Mint, and continue the documentation and protection of their  ever-extending archive.

2013 Preservation Hall Jazz Band highlights include:
