This past Saturday afternoon, September 7, 2013, just after returning home from Moderat’s U.S. tour in support of new album, II (Mute/Monkeytown), Sascha Ring (aka Apparat), had a motorcycle accident in Berlin. Sascha and his girlfriend, who was on the bike with him, are thankfully okay, given the circumstances. However, Sascha was diagnosed with a multiple and complicated leg fracture that might cause serious restrictions to his health in the next several weeks or possibly months.
