The Fratellis have returned with their third full-length album We Need Medicine, slated for release on October 8 through BMG. The band is thrilled to announce a national US tour this November and launch their album pre-order today! All pre-orders come with an instant download of first single “Seven Night Seven Days” and different bundles include a signed CD booklet, the opportunity to exclusively purchase tickets to the tour ahead of the general on-sale (Sept 5) and the chance to win a meet ‘n’ greet with the band.
An 11-track record of bluesy rock anthems, We Need Medicine was recorded in Glasgow’s West End and produced by Jon Fratelli and Stuart McCredie, who also mixed the record. The Fratellis’ debut album sold over 1 million copies worldwide and their hit single “Chelsea Dagger“ was on Rolling Stone’s List of Top 100 Songs for 2007.
