June 5, 2013 – Asheville, NC – The 2013 Mountain Oasis Electronic Music Summit, happening October 25 – 27 in beautiful downtown Asheville, NC, now announces more artists joining it’s already spectacular lineup. Sparks, Ulrich Schnauss, Mount Kimbie, ITAL (live), Autre Ne Vuet, Delorean, Actress, Shlohmo, Sorne, T.Williams, and People Get Ready will join the line up which already includes Nine Inch Nails, Bassnectar,Pretty Lights, Neutral Milk Hotel, Daniel Johnston, Half-Japanese, Animal Collective, How To Destroy Angels, Gary Numan, Godspeed You! Black Emperor, Tricky, Zola Jesus and JG Thirwell, Jessie Ware, The Bug, Silver Apples, Disclosure, and more. Additional performers will continue to be announced in the coming weeks.
In addition to sharing new performers, AC Entertainment is also releasing the festival’s daily lineup, included below. Daily tickets will go on sale this Friday, June 7th at noon eastern exclusively at www.mountainoasisfestival.com. Weekend passes are still available as well.
The Mountain Oasis Electronic Music Summit is a 3-day music festival staged in the heart of downtown Asheville, NC. Woven around the twin threads of contemporary electronic music and the creative use of technology – old and new – the festival features world-class musical performances by many of the greatest artists in contemporary music, along with talks, seminars, and panels by artists and others; interactive experiences for audiences; art installations and exhibitions and more. The events all take place indoors, within easy walking distance of one another.
