With the release of their stunning album To Carve Our Names earlier this year, LIONS LIONS has been favored by many as the band conveys a distinct, yet familiar post-hardcore sound, reminiscent of early Story Of The Year, Thrice and The Used. “Boston’s Lions Lions might just be the band to wake up the post-hardcore/screamo genre,” exclaims GetExposedMusic.com. To cap off a great year, LIONS LIONS will release a digital EP titled Grounded on December 4, 2012 via Century Media Records.
The EP will be available for purchase through all major digital outlets, and features the track “Grounded” off of the album To Carve Our Names, in addition to a previously unreleased acoustic version of “The Right Steps.” The iTunes release will also include a download of the “Milestones” music video:
