Asobi Seksu and legendary Japanese trio Boris have announced a limited edition split 7″ which will be available as a Record Store exclusive release on Black Friday, Nov. 23, and can be pre-ordered here.
The forthcoming split single features each band covering a song by the other. Asobi Seksu takes on Boris’ majestic “Farewell” off of their album Pink, while Boris reworks “New Years” from Asobi Seksu’s Citrus, here as “Neu Years.” The vinyl edition will include a download code with additional classic songs from both bands.
