Rising from the suburban sprawl of central New Jersey, The View From Here delivers a sound influenced by a myriad of artists ranging from Dance Gavin Dance to Taking Back Sunday. Reminiscent of the music scene of the mid-2000s the band brings listeners a familiar sound while also providing a new take on modern rock music.

The band consists of Dan John(Vocals), Justin Byron(Guitar), Michael Nobrega(Bass), Dave Pypniowski(Guitar), and Vince Rifino(Drums), their technical instrumentals combined with melodic vocal patterns present a style to appease a wide of a variety of listeners.

Forming in early 2016 from the remains of Dan and Vince’s previous project, The Involuntary, the Bridgewater based band recruited Dave, Michael, and Justin to complete their line up. Individually and collectively, The View From Here has played at various venues spanning the Tri-State Area. The band’s debut EP, “New Perspective” blends elements of post-hardcore and pop-driven indie rock to deliver a unique combination of catchy choruses and the heavy-hitting riffs.
