Today, Boys Noize (aka Alexander Ridha) premieres his newest, uniquely interactive video “Stop” from his latest album Out Of The Black with Mashable HERE and experience the interactive version here at Boysnoize Records.
The French director BARZOLFF explains the video: “I wanted to simulate an embedded camera on the wing of a plane during an acrobatic ballet. The patrol is composed of the famous ww2 air plane Corsair F4 & the final image reminds us the cover of the model box of our childhood. It’s a sarcastic video about peace & individualism, with the beauty of war for backdrop, the one you fight sky-high alongside your comrades, almost as if in a club with your buddies, showing off your new kicks and latest dance moves”.
Last month, Boysnoize Records released their iconic 100th release: a double A side single w/ “XTC” (The Chemical Brothers Remix) and “Ich R U” (Justice Remix) which is available digitally and as a limited 12” vinyl. Available digitally HERE and vinyl HERE.
Both Justice and The Chemical Brothers remixes are remixes of original tracks from the Out Of The Black full length that Boys Noize self-released last year to wide success. The album also featured the Snoop Dogg collaboration “Got It”, they performed the track live for the first time this year at Ultra Music Festival – you can see the live video HERE. Alexander Ridha/Boys Noize will play at Coachella as Dog Blood, his group with Skrillex and is schedule to play live as Boys Noize at Bonnarroo as well as more American festivals to be announced.
Boysnoize Records (BNR) was founded by Boys Noize aka Alexander Ridha in the year 2005, in order to retain his full artistic freedom while releasing his own music under Boys Noize as well as under different monikers (Puzique, Einzeller, Eastwest) BNR became a home for multidirectional quality electronic music.
