BOURBON HOUSE Releases Official Music Video for “I Got Trouble”!

Heavy Blues Rock band BOURBON HOUSE has released the official music video for their single, “I Got Trouble.” Directed and produced by Jocelyne Berumen, “I Got Trouble” is off of the band’s third studio album, Into The Red, which is out now on PACgroove Records.

“We basically got to time travel for a day with the making of the “I Got Trouble” video. Remember when you used to go to a theater and dress all fancy and watch a fancy show and smoke fancy cigarettes? Neither do we, but we wish we did.” – BOURBON HOUSE

“Into the Red is a real blood, sweat and tears album for us. It took us three years to complete, we used three different bassists and recorded at three different studios. Because we released singles and music videos during that time, we didn’t even really notice how long it had been until we set a release date.”

Track List:
1. Dead In The Water
2. 6000 Miles
3. Bad For Me
4. Too High To Care
5. I Got Trouble
6. Lovesick
7. Devil On My Heels
8. Keep Your Head
9. Slow Burn

Bourbon House was founded by guitarist Jason Clark and vocalist Lacey Crowe in 2017.

Upon the release of their self-titled EP, the single Music in Your Bones attracted the attention of disk jockeys around the world and received airplay on independent radio in more than a dozen countries and by the summer of 2018 they released their second album, Wild Abandon. The album spawned the fan favorites “Burn Them Bones,” “Drown it in Whiskey,” and “Jailer.”

From the fall of 2018 through the following year, the band welcomed Ryan Sargent as their official drummer, played across the American Midwest, and began recording singles which would ultimately comprise their third album.

Bourbon House have been featured twice in Classic Rock Magazine, once for “Too High to Care,” which was nominated for Track of the Week, and another time for “Devil on my Heels,” which earned them a Track of the Week win and a spot on the magazine’s covermount CD as well as a shout-out from Eddie Trunk on the program Trunk Nation. The success of “Devil on My Heels” continued as it reached #1 on the independent charts in Australia and #2 in the UK.

In early 2020, they played a show in Nashville, TN, to benefit tornado victims, but had to cancel plans to tour the eastern states due to the pandemic. The band used the down time to shoot music videos for “Too High to Care” and “6000 Miles,” and finish writing and recording what would be their third album.

After landing a slot on the Blind Anxiety Entertainment roster, Bourbon House headlined their first tour of 25 dates through the southern United States in the spring of 2021. Within the following three months, Bourbon House released the single “Dead in the Water” along with an official music video and signed a management deal with Paul Crosby Management. “Dead in the Water” became a new fan favorite and is their first single to reach active rock radio, charting at 50 on BDS Indicator and 22 on the Foundations chart. In October of 2021, the band released their third album, Into the Red, on PACgroove Records with distribution through VON Artists Ltd. and The Orchard (Sony) which features the singles from the past two years and six previously unreleased tracks, including “I Got Trouble” for which they released their latest music video.

Plans for 2022 include touring far and wide and another full-length album of original material.

Born and raised in the Bama clay, these boys are as southern as they come. Taught how to bend a string and break a heart by Skynyrd and Hank, brothers James and Frank Ford along with their hometown friends Andrew Davis and Ben Crain formed the southern rock band known as Them Dirty Roses. Piling into an RV with their belongings, their instruments, and all the whiskey they could carry (in the cooler), they made their way from Gadsden, AL to Nashville, TN. All living all under one roof, Them Dirty Roses are a living example of the quintessential rock and roll American Dream. Their live show calls for a shot of whiskey and a 2 for 1 special — BUT what that really means is you better be ready to throw back 12 for 6 and shake it with Them Dirty Roses.

Vocals + Guitar / James Ford

Magnolia Bayou is a rock band, born on the bayous of South Mississippi. Their roots run deep through the rich soil of the Mississippi Delta all the way down to the muddy waters of Mexico. Because their upbringings stretch so far across the state, a vast array of influences are carried throughout their music, which is soaked with the sound and soul of their southern heritage. In the three short years since their formation, they have paid their dues up and down the Mississippi Blues Trail and have toured extensively through the surrounding south and throughout The United States. Full of energy and soul, the band carries a dynamic show that captivates its audience and transports them back to the late 60’s and 70’, a time when music was epic.

CONCERT REVIEW: GRETA VAN FLEET @MRSMALLS

This review could be VERY easily completed with three words, to be honest.  The night could be summed up as INCREDIBLE, FRESH and ENERGIZING.

I was very excited to get the chance to see and cover Greta Van Fleet. The only thing I wish was that they would have played a bigger venue. They SOLD OUT Mr. Small’s Funhouse in Millvale PA. Rather quickly too. And from what I was told, they turned away quite a few people looking to get tickets the night of the show. This band could have easily packed a bigger venue such as Stage AE or the likes thereof. But we can hope for that the next time they visit Pittsburgh.

The band that consists of brothers Josh Kiszka, Jake Kiszka and Sam Kiszka, and friend and drummer Danny Wagner. The three brothers are musically gifted and will be at the forefront of the music industry for many years to come.

The shows started with a ton of energy and finished the same way.  Josh’s vocal’s while VERY Robert Plant-ish, are BEYOND incredible.  What he can do LIVE is phenomenal. Let alone what he can do on a record. Playing in these smaller venues, there is no taped vocals nor anything mysterious to be done with the sound systems. At Mr. Small’s HE BLEW THE CROWD AWAY with his incredible range and power. I really don’t want to compare Josh to anything that Robert Pant ever did. Many currently are calling them very Led Zepplin-like. However, Josh’s vocals are fresh and more powerful in my opinion. Plus, he plays with his range and ability much more than Robert Plant ever did, so again, I don’t want to compare him to Plant like many have. However, as GREAT of a performer as Robert Plant was, I will compare Josh to him in that regard. Josh kept the crowd in the palm of his hand all night and left them screaming and hoping for more. Black Smoke Rising, Highway Tune and Safari Song were AMAZING. Simply jaw dropping with what Josh can do with his vocal range. Josh’s range and crisp tone were great and he is not showing any signs of wear or tear on his vocals. I hope he takes care of his talent. It is indeed rare and breathtaking to say the least.

Edge of Darkness, Flower Power and When The Cold Wind Blows were equally as impressive. Josh’s blew the roof off Mr. Small’s on Flower Power. Again, his range makes the song.

Jake Kiszka really brought a lot to the table on guitar. He’s young very gifted just like his two brothers. He did some great things on the guitar that only a seasoned very really should be doing. Josh’s other brother, Sam while quiet and mellow at first really stepped out of his shell halfway through the show and shined.  His talent on the keyboards also put energized the show. By the end of the show, Sam was really loosened up and having a great time. With Danny Wagner on the drums and the only one outside the family, he really shined. No real solo, but did have some time where he got to shine on the skins.

The encore brought Highway Song and The Safari Song. INCREDIBLE set enders and the crowd really was into them. There is really nothing more than I can say about this band and the show. If they are putting on the same exact show now on the west coast that they did in Pittsburgh PA, the crowds are getting their money’s worth and telling their friends that they need to see this band and buy their CD.  Which by chance, is being released November 10th. Their new CD will be available on iTunes then and I expect to sell very well and hopefully setting up another leg of an American tour. Hopefully, Pittsburgh and Stage AE are on it.
